Is it really only 4 hours per month?

Yes! You’ll receive the content plan & scripts prior to the shoot, and within 1 session we capture 12–15 short-form videos. The only thing to note is that your content will get even better the more time you put into preparing.reviewing your scripts, practising delivery, and coming in with energy. We handle everything else behind the scenes so you can get back to running your business.

What if I need additional sessions?

Easy - you can add extra filming days, design assets, or campaigns as needed. We keep our system flexible so you can scale content without stress.

Can you work with my existing team?

Absolutely. We often collaborate with in-house teams, plugging in as your content engine to supercharge their efforts with strategy, production, and execution.

How does distribution work?

Hands-off: Give us access to your social accounts and we’ll handle scheduling, posting, and optimisation across all platforms.

Hands-on: Prefer to post it yourself? No problem - we’ll send you everything, ready to go.

Can I cancel if I don’t like it?

We don’t lock you into long contracts. If it’s not a fit, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. But our clients tend to stick around - because it works.

If I work with you, where would we film?

You can come to us at Halcyon HQ, our studio in Alexandria, Sydney. We also travel to you anywhere within 10–15 km of Sydney CBD if on-location filming suits your brand better.

Do you have your own studio?

Yes! Halcyon HQ is our dedicated content studio in Alexandria, set up for talking-head videos, educational content, interviews, and podcast-style recordings.with multiple background options tailored to your brand.
